Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok
Reporting to Senior Manager, Program Delivery
- Engage with business stakeholders to collect user requirement and deliver appropriate & justifiable solutions
- Coordinate with regional IT and business users for the global application development
- Manage the project and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress
- Be the subject matter expert of global and local applications to provide application support to the business operation
- Execute vulnerability scans on local applications to identify, prioritize & fix potential vulnerabilities
- Manage the investigation process to ensure root cause analysis and fault resolution are coordinated and delivered to avoid recurrence of issues
- Engage vendors, ensuring project specifications and Service Level Agreements are met
- Establish end to end IT service disaster recovery capabilities. Liaise with business users to develop and review the business contingency plan
- Transform business process in a digitalized and a modern way to increase productivity, improve customer experience and enhance employee engagement
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, in Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of working experience in software development and project management
- Good knowledge on the overall SDLC and application security
- Familiar with programming skills including PHP, Node.js, JavaScript
- Experience in MySQL, PowerBI, Git, JSON, JAVA is an advantage
- Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and exploits is a plus
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
