Service Manager (GERSP-S-M) (Contract)

 

Requirements :

• Degree Holder in Social Science, Management, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in project management in rehabilitation/elderly service, experience in NGOs is a merit

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications and listening skills.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure

Job Duties :

• Overall planning, implement, monitor and evaluate the Gerontech related services including equipment rental services
• Develop the center’s operation plan and implement the developed project plan and marketing strategies
• Prepare regular service report, financial status update and document needed for audit process
• Advise on the software design validation and operation risk management methods and audit as well as regulatory requirement on service standard.
• Well communicate with funder and partner organizations
• Carry out other duties deemed pertinent to achieving the goals of the project
