Major Duties:
(a)
To perform administrative duties in respect of one or more of the following areas:

(i)
General administration and office management;
(ii)
Financial and supplies matters;
(iii)
Student admission and programme administration; and
(iv)
Human resources management;
(b)
To assist the Project Officer in preparing updates on strategic and resource plans for DFS Programme;
(c)
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the programme board, committees and other working group meetings;
(d)
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical / supporting staff to ensure the smooth operation and administration of the DFS Programme Board Office;
(e)
To help implementing quality policy of the DFS Programme; and
(f)
To assist in coordinating projects, events, and publicity matters of the DFS Programme.
Requirements:
(a)
A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b)
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or public sector;
(c)
Good communication skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(d)
Good problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills; and
(e)
Self-initiative, detail-minded and able to work independently under pressure.
Notes:
(1)
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend and pass a written test in both English and Chinese.
(2)
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside office.
