Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Operations Engineer (Support), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:
To provide administrative and clerical support including correspondence management, filing, scanning, compiling and reporting statistics, handling payments and stationery supplies, managing learning management system and administering leave records, etc.
To check and review road opening work and provide logistics support
To maintain the excavation permit management system and update technical records in various computer systems for health and safety and quality control
To handle incoming calls and external enquiries
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration or related disciplines or
Completion of Form 5 or HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 3 or above including English and Chinese plus a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
Basic knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 55001 an advantage
Experience in excavation permit processing in Highways Excavation Permit Management System (XPMS) an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided
